The simple recipe:
- take 3-4 medium potatoes per person
- wash them under cold water, dry them with a towel
- pierce them 8-12 times with a fork
- coat lightly with olive oil and Kosher or sea salt
- put in a preheated oven (180C) for 1h to 1h10 min
- enjoy with butter, cheese or any other sauce of your preference!!!!!
